A small treasure for a small space. The Concha Petite Rug is a graphic, sculptural interpretation of the classic scallop shell handmade from 100% natural abaca fiber. Part of the collection by Charlap Hyman & Herrero for Patterson Flynn, a studio recognized with the 2026 National Design Award for Interior Design by the Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum. A contrasting striped weave pattern radiates from the shell's hinge line, evoking subtle ribbing, while bold black linework accentuates the scalloped edges and silhouette for a striking graphic effect. Hand-coiled by skilled artisans from supple abaca fiber, the Concha Petite delivers all the personality of its larger counterpart in a perfectly compact, conversation-starting package.
